LearnUpon LMS Launch FAQs
The National Property Management Association is excited to announce that we have transitioned to a new My Learning system provider. Our new system, LearnUpon, will house all our educational content and member transcripts. This system will be replacing our current My Learning system.
In preparation for our launch, below is a list of FAQs to help you as we introduce LearnUpon to the NPMA community.
- What makes this new My Learning system different than our current system?
- Like our Online Community upgrade, LearnUpon will offer a fresh look and feel, as well as an overall better functionality and experience for our members.
- A few highlights of the new system includes:
- Improved catalog search functionality
- Resource Center: Useful materials that are available to view and/or download
- User recent activity tracking
- A new webinar feature will include Picture in Place, where users can view webinar on a smaller window on your screen
- Easier access to presentation slides
- Clear listing of courses a user has completed and what courses a user is currently enrolled in
- Improved user experience for our NPMA webinars. Learners will be able to view what percentage of the webinar has been completed and have a clearly labeled viewing deadlines
- And so much more!
- How do I sign into LearnUpon?
- The process will be the same as it is with our current system, by clicking on your My Learning tab. Just be sure to be signed into your NPMA profile!
- Please Note: You may see the below image pop up on your screen when you first click your “My Learning” tab on the website. Please select “Submit”. This is an additional step to confirm your profile and verify the ability for you to sign into your My Learning profile. You will only have to do this the one time.

- Do I have to make a new profile in LearnUpon?
- Not at all! The NPMA Staff has created profiles for all our members in LearnUpon.
- What will happen to my education history and transcripts?
- The NPMA Staff has migrated our member's learning history into LearnUpon. Your transcripts will be available to you. Each user has learning history going back five (5) years.
- If you need a full education history transcript, please contact the NPMA National Office at education@npma.org.
- What if I was watching a webinar in the old system but I have not completed it yet?
- Any webinars that were not fully viewed in the new system upon the migration of learn history to LearnUpon, those webinars were reset to Not Completed. You will have to restart the webinar in the new system.
- What resources will be available to me to help me learn this new system?
- A PDF User Guide will be available to the membership as well as a FAQ page on the website.
- You can always reach out to the NPMA National Office at education@npma.org and we will be happy to assist.
