- Identify Key Stakeholders in the Organization
- Challenges faced by the Property Organization
This session will walk students through the complete process of how to navigate and review property requirements that would be included or become buried within the Contract Award Document Sections, Contractual Terms and Conditions, Statement of Work, Other Attachments and Listings, and CDRL items. There will also be discussions on Regulatory Clauses, and other references related to property management. Learning Outcomes - How to review a contract
- How and Where to find property management related information in the terms of the contract
