To qualify for NPMA retiree status you may not be earning income from a position in the property asset management profession or be employed by or as a vendor or consultant.
Group Membership - Corporate
Memberships are paid with corporation/employer funds.
Payment is processed as a single invoice for the group/all renewals must be paid with one payment.
Memberships are owned and assigned by the corporation/employer.
Memberships are transferable within the same organization as authorized by the corporate sponsor.
Benefits must be used within the membership period.

Memberships are paid with personal funds by a group of individuals working for the same corporation/employer.
Payment is processed as a single invoice for the group/all renewals must be paid with one payment.
Memberships are owned and assigned by the corporation/employer.
Memberships are transferable within the same organization as authorized by the corporate sponsor.
Benefits must be used within the membership period.

Groups must have five (5) or more student members from the same institution and have a group sponsor/manager employed at the school. (The manager does not have to be an NPMA member.)

A student group may elect to form an official NPMA Chapter in accordance with NPMA Bylaws. Student Chapters may be partnered with the nearest non-student NPMA chapter for assistance and mentorship.
