Important Information Regarding Your First Login

You may see the below image pop up on your screen when you first click your “My Learning” tab on the website. Please select “Submit”. This is an additional step to confirm your profile and verify the ability for you to sign into your My Learning profile. You will only have to do this the one time.

You will need to use the button in the upper-left hand corner to navigate to your Dashboard, Resources and the Course Catalog.

Navigating Back to Your LearnUpon Homepage

You have two options:

Option 1: Users can always click the NPMA logo in the upper left-hand corner to get themselves back to their homepage.

Option 2: You can also go back to the homepage by navigating back to the Dashboard from where you are in LearnUpon. In the below scenario, the user is in the course catalog and clicks on the red menu in the upper-left corner.

Courses & Webinars Enrollments

• How do I see which courses I have completed?
  • Click "Dashboard" at the top upper-left hand corner of your LearnUpon portal. Once you are in your dashboard, you will see on the left-hand side "Total Number of Courses". If the "Completed Courses " button is highlighted in red, your completed courses will appear to the right.
    
    
• How do I see which courses I am enrolled in?
  
  • Click "Dashboard" at the top upper-left hand corner of your LearnUpon portal. You will see on the left-hand side "Total Number of Courses". If the "Enrolled Courses" button is highlighted in red, your enrolled courses will appear to the right.

Accessing Your Learning Transcript 

• Go to your Dashboard tab in the upper-left hand corner.
• Once in your Dashboard, in the upper right-hand corner, you will see "Download Training History"

Please note:

• LearnUpon references your Learning Transcript as “Training History”
• If you have not completed a course before, this button will not appear until you complete a course.
