Fleet Exam Retakes 

Fleet exam retakes are available to NPMA members and non-members who have attended the 3 day training class but did not successfully pass the exam. Candidates who did not receive a passing score are encouraged to study and retest. 

• Candidates must wait 30 days from the date of the original exam prior to ordering and retaking exams. There is no limit to the number of times a candidate may retake the CFFS, CFFA and CFFM exams. 
• Purchase retake exams by using Purchase Exam Retake links below. If you are a NPMA member, login to the website to receive member pricing. 
• Upon completion of purchase, candidate receives a Voucher Number to use for scheduling of exam. Click here for Exam Administration Details.
• Exams expire 90-days after issue of Voucher.

Test Center Exams: Take Authorization Code provided and arrive at time directed. Directions are supplied on schedule notice. Search here for the nearest Test Center.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Late cancellations will result in a late fee payable by you to Kryterion:

• On-line Exams: Cancellations made with-in 24- hours of the online exam time will result in a $40 late fee, paid directly to Kryterion. 
• Test Center Exams: Cancellations made with-in 72 hours of the exam time will result in a $75 late fee, paid directly to Kryterion.
