Testing
A Certification Review course is a study option for a certification exam and not a requirement.

  • As of January 2023, the CPPM Certification exam is a multiple-choice exam which requires a single best answer.
  • Exams are no longer administered by the instructor following a Review Course. They will be scheduled with and administered by our exam partner, Kryterion.
  • Visit the Exam Administration webpage to learn:
    • about the exam process
    • options to take exam
    • how to schedule exam with Kryterion
  • Visit the CPPM webpage to learn more about the certification, exam requirements and view practice study questions.
  • Exam can be canceled and rescheduled, however there will be a fee charged to you if cancelations/reschedules are within 24 hours (online testing) or 72 hours (onsite center testing) of your exam start time.

Course Description

The NPMA Certification Program is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance individual performance for those who demonstrate a high level of competence essential to the practice of property management.

This one-day class will provide an intensive review before you sit for the CPPM exam. Testing is, however, optional, and scheduled through our proctoring service, Kryterion. The cost of the exam is NOT included in the course registration. The course is taught by an NPMA instructor who is CPPM-certified. Due to accreditation regulations, the instructor has not seen, and does not have access to, the actual exam.
