A thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is a required element of many Government Property Corrective Action Requests (CARs). However, contractors often fail to properly identify the true root causes of property issues, leading to delayed CAR resolution or recurrence of issues. This session will introduce participants to RCA techniques that can be practically applied for successful resolution of CARs in their own workplaces.
