The Material Management Accounting System (MMAS) required by the Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Clause 252.242-7004 is one of the six (6) Business systems rules and it has components that overlap with the FAR Government Property Clause (52.245-1) requirements.  Good time to learn what those requirements are -- the ten elements of an MMAS.  This workshop will also cover the DCMA restriction regarding use of Receipt and Issue allowance under the FAR versus the MMAS requirements.  And Dr. Goetz' "concerns" regarding inherent strengths and weaknesses.  And as always he makes it fun!
