Chapter CEU Information

Chapters may submit a request for CEUs for chapter workshops, webinars, events, etc. All submissions must be reviewed and approved by the Vice President of Seminars & Events. 

How to Submit a Chapter CEU Request

Fill out the NPMA Chapter CEU Approval Request Form. You may submit your request before your event(s) occur or after they occur. Use the CEU Sign-in Sheet for Chapter Led Events as a check-in for your event and to submit your final attendee roster after the event. Please fill out the form electronically

 

When filling out the NPMA Chapter CEU Approval Request Form, please be prepared to include the following in the submission:

 

  • Chapter(s) participating
  • Date(s) of program
    •  Note: Chapter CEU requests must be submitted within one (1) year from the date of the program
  • Duration of program - Please provide the exact amount of time the educational content portion of your event/meeting was/will be.
  • Documentation Requirements
    • Event/Meeting title
    • PowerPoint slides of educational content (PPT or PDF file)
    • Attendee Roster (see details below)
    • Optional: Event/Meeting agenda

Upon Review

Once the submission is received and reviewed by the Vice President of Professional Development, you will be notified if your proposal is approved or denied. If approved, you will also be notified of how many CEUs your attendees will receive.

CEU Submission Information 

You may submit your request(s) before your event(s) occur or after they occur.

  • If you submit your request(s) before your event(s) occur: On the day after your event is scheduled, you will receive an email requesting that you submit the attendance roster. If you do not receive the email request, please email the completed attendance roster to education@npma.org.

  • For events that have already been held: You should have already submitted your attendance roster. If you haven't, please email the roster to education@npma.org.

  • Once all approved materials have been received, please allow up to four weeks for the CEUs to be uploaded into your attendees' profiles.

  • If a non-member attends your program and wishes to receive CEUs, there is a $15 processing fee for those individuals. If the non-member wishes to proceed with receiving CEUs, please have them email education@npma.org.
