Cancellations Cancellations must be received in writing 45 days prior to the first day of course and no refunds less than 45 days before start date of class. A refund, equivalent to the member tuition rate less $75 processing fee, will be granted through this date; no refunds or course transfers will be granted for cancellations after this date.
