Payment must be received 35 days prior to the course. Registrants with pending payments 35 days prior to the first day of the course must guarantee payment or will be dropped from enrollment.
Waiting on approval for registration funding? To guarantee that you have a spot in the course, it is highly recommended you register for the course as soon as possible. Upon completing your registration, choose bill me. This will generate an invoice and hold your spot while you wait for required approval from your organization.
Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel your registration, cancellations must be received in writing 45 days prior to the first day of course and no refunds less than 45 days before start date of class. A refund, equivalent to the member tuition rate less $75 processing fee, will be granted through this date; no refunds or course transfers will be granted for cancellations after this date.

Rosanne (Beth) Green, CPPM, CF
Beth’s work experience in property management covers more than 40 years. During her 33-year career as a civilian with the U.S. Navy, she worked as a Contracting Officer, Building Manager, Logistics and Supply Specialist, Fleet Manager, Disposal Specialist, Traffic Manager, Plant Clearance Officer and a Government Property Administrator. She became DoD Defense Acquisition Work Force certified. As a Civilian she retired from the Navy in 2006, since than she has worked as a consultant for DoD and NASA contractors providing her expertise in problem solving, developing an internal audit program, working with Defense Contract Management Agency and Defense Contractor Audit Agency auditors, training employees, writing procedures and working on contract proposal teams. Beth has been an active NPMA member for 29 years. She has been a presenter at several National Educational Seminars and served as the Chair for the Certification Governing Board, Accreditation Director and the VP of Certification. In addition, Beth is an NPMA instructor for the certification review courses, Back to Basics Class for an NPMA training course, and has developed NPMA online training courses. She is a Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM) and a NPMA Consulting Fellow (CF). |
