Education
Educational programs in a variety of formats have been designed for every stage of the property professional’s career. There are dozens of opportunities to gain knowledge and learn best practices in the various functions of asset/property management.
Classroom Courses

NPMA offers several education courses, both online and in-person throughout the continental United States. Whether you are preparing for NPMA certification test, or just trying to learn more about a specific topic, our courses can help.
On-Demand Courses

NPMA offers an organization, be it company or NPMA Chapter, the ability to have any NPMA course taught at a local facility. As long as there is a group of 6 or more students, NPMA will send an instructor and the course materials to your organization. This will cut down on travel costs for the organization and still allow property professionals the opportunity to receive high quality training and education in the field of property management. The presentation may even be tailored for a particular company or organization.

National Education Seminar
The National Education Seminar (NES) is the signature annual event bringing together property and asset management professionals from the federal, state, and local governments; colleges & universities; contractors; private sectors; hospitals; in addition to vendors showcasing products and services to the asset management profession. The NES conducts a variety of educational offerings covering all of the main areas of emphasis, general sessions, case studies, and breakout sessions led by renowned speakers and leaders in the profession. In addition, NES provides demonstrations, exhibits, and networking opportunities. For details of this year's NES, click the NES link.
Chapter Workshops
Many NPMA Chapters host local half-day, one day or two days workshops created by the Chapter members themselves. These are generally designed to be targeted for nearby property professionals to attend with no, or very limited travel requirements
