Exciting Updates to the Intermediate Studies Manual and CPPA Exams! (Coming in 2025)

A New Chapter in Professional Development

We are thrilled to announce that the National Property Management Association (NPMA) will be introducing an updated Intermediate Studies Manual, set to be available by the end of January 2025. Alongside the new manual, we will also be releasing updated CPPA examinations to reflect the most current knowledge and practices in the field of property management.

What's New?

The revised manual has been meticulously crafted to encompass the latest industry developments, ensuring that our members are well-equipped to tackle the challenges of the modern property management landscape. The new exams have been designed to align seamlessly with the manual, providing a comprehensive measure of the competencies the manual covers.
