2024 National Election Schedule

2024 is an election year for the NPMA National Executive and Regional Boards. The candidate submission portal will be open from January 2-April 15. Anyone interested in running for a position can visit the following webpage for more information: https://www.npma.org/page/2024Elections. Please be sure to review the qualifications for each position and consider running for one of these important roles!

January 2, 2024 – Call for Candidates window opens.
April 15, 2024 – Call for Candidates window closes at 11:59pm EDT. Submissions received after this time will not be considered.
Late-May 2024 – Official slate will be provided to the National Delegates in the Delegates Notebook.
June 2024 – Confirmed candidates will be included in The Property Professional.
July 28, 2024 – National and Regional elections will take place at the NES in Reno, NV.

		2024 Chapter Officer Verification and Financial Report Forms The 2024 Chapter Officer Verification and Chapter Financial Report forms are now available in the Chapter Tool Kit. Chapters must submit both forms no later than January 15, 2024. The Chapter Officer Verification Form must be submitted even if there are not changes in officers for 2024. Failure to submit these forms by the deadline could result in Chapter Dues payments being withheld until the forms are received. Chapters will submit the forms via online submission forms. 		2024 National Education Seminar Call for Presenters We invite you to submit your presentation ideas for the 2024 NES. View full presentation information and requirements here and submit your session proposal here to participate as a presenter at the 2024 NES. If you would like to submit multiple proposals, please submit one form for each. Learn more by visiting our website here.
		NPMA National Office Holiday Hours The NPMA office will be closing at Noon Eastern Time on Thursday, December 21st and will remain closed through Monday, December 25th. From Tuesday, December 26 - Friday, December 29th, we will be on a "Soft-Close". During this time, our team will be checking email and voicemail twice a day and will respond to any urgent messages. All other messages will be returned when we are back in the office on January 2. Our office will be closed all Monday, January 1st. We return to normal business hours starting on Tuesday, January 2. We wish all of you a very happy and safe holiday season!
		NPMA Prospectus 2024 is Now Live! The 2024 Advertising Opportunities is now available on the NPMA website. The prospectus lists many ways vendors can connect with NPMA members and attendees of our National Education Seminar. 		NPMA Dues Increase Coming January 2024 Voted on at the 2022 NPMA National Delegates Meeting in Dallas Texas, there will be a annual membership dues increase, beginning January 1, 2024. The dues increases will be an annual $10 increase for individual and group memberships, and a $5 annual increase for student and retiree memberships. If you have a 2023 membership expiration date, all membership dues must be paid by December 31, 2023 in order to renew at the current rate. Questions? Please contact membership@npma.org.
		2024 National Education Seminar Registration is Open! Join us at the 2024 National Education Seminar (NES), July 29 - August 1 in Reno, Nevada. Make your plans now to attend - and make good use of your end of year budget surplus to advance your education. Register now and pay by December 31, 2023, for the best NES registration rates. Payment in full must be received no later than December 31, 2023 to qualify for the Extra Early Rate. Any registrations not paid by this date will be increased to the Early Bird rate starting on January 1, 2024. Learn more and register today!
