Save the Date: Asset Management Awareness Month is Coming in March

Asset Management Awareness Month (AMAM) will be here before you know it! The month of March will be filled with educational content, opportunities to support the NPMA Foundation and, as always, chances to win a prize! This year we are pleased to announce that during AMAM we will be offering four free webinars with featured topics ranging from Fleet, University, Contract Property and Technology. Dates and details on how to register will be sent out in the coming weeks so keep an eye out.

		NPMA Federal Fleet Certification Program Update The NPMA Federal Fleet Certification program was created through a partnership between NPMA and Mercury Associates. Mercury’s expertise in the Federal Fleet field, combined with NPMA’s experience in offering high-quality certification programs, have led to exceptional educational and certification opportunities for personnel working in the Federal Fleet field. NPMA sees great value in continuing to offer and grow the Federal Fleet Education and Certification program. We are currently working through plans to redesign the courses and exams to ensure we are providing a high-quality program that meets the needs of those in the field. While we don’t have a specific timeline for this process, we expect to have the CFFS level content ready later in 2022. The CFFA and CFFM levels will follow shortly after. We appreciate the partnership with Mercury Associates over the past few years and wish them well in their future endeavors. If you have any questions, please contact education@npma.org.

		Call for Papers: Journal of Property and Asset Management The NPMA is looking to publish a volume of the Journal of Property and Asset Management (JPAM). If you are an aspiring author, or have even contributed previously, or if you are a working professional in Property and Asset Management we ask for your literary contributions. These should be more expansive works, potentially research based that would expand the body of knowledge regarding Property and Asset management. Papers for this Journal generally take an academic approach and are more lengthy than those that appear in The Property Professional. Articles would need to be submitted in an electronic format no later than May 1, 2022. For additional information please feel free to contact Dr. Douglas Goetz. 		NES 2022 Call for Presentations Extended The deadline for the NES 2022 Call for Presentations has been extended until February 7, 2022. Submit your proposal today! View full presentation information and requirements and submit your session proposal to participate as a presenter at the NES 2022. 		Call for Candidates 2022 - Submit Your Candidacy Today! Interested in contributing to the future of the NPMA? The next NPMA election year is right around the corner! This election, which will take place on August 21 at the National and Regional Board Meetings prior to NES in Dallas, includes the positions for both the National Executive Board and the Region Boards.
