		2022 Chapter Officer Verification and Chapter Financial Report Forms The 2022 Chapter Officer Verification and Chapter Financial Report forms are now available in the Chapter Tool Kit. Chapters must submit both forms no later than January 14, 2022. The Chapter Officer Verification Form must be submitted even if there are not changes in officers for 2022. Failure to submit these forms by the deadline could result in Chapter Dues payments being withheld until the forms are received. Chapters will submit the forms via online submission forms. 		Call for Chapter Photos NPMA is looking to put together a slideshow of NPMA photos taken since last year's NES in Reno. If your Chapter has done any special meetings or events, and you have photos to share, please submit them via the Chapter Photo Submission Form.
