Hotel Reservations
The reservation cutoff date is July 16, 2025 , or when the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Book your hotel stay today! * During your booking process, please kindly disregard the Destination Fee notice. The NPMA rate is exempt from the Destination Fee. Please refer to your email confirmation for a specific price breakdown.
Seminar Payment Policy
Payments for the National Education Seminar are due 30 days from the start of the seminar. 30 days out from NES is July 11, 2025 . 

Registrants with pending payments 30 days prior to the seminar must guarantee payment or will be dropped from enrollment. If you have confirmed you will received funding for a course, please forward documentation from your organization (i.e. SF-182, PO#, etc.) to conferences@npma.org as soon as possible.

Seminar Cancellation Policy
As we are 30 days out from NES 2025 ,  no refunds will be granted. 30 days out from NES was  July 11, 2025 .

Registration substitutions are still granted. Substitutions may be made by email to conferences@npma.org. Member/non-member rate applies and may result in a balance due for the individual substituting for an attendee.

Guest Meal Tickets
Guest meal tickets are available for purchase for Closing Dinner. You can purchase guest tickets at the NES Registration Desk starting on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.   These tickets are for guests only. These functions are included in the registration fee for registered attendees of the NES.
