Find a Proctor


 All NPMA certification exams must be taken in the presence of an NPMA-approved proctor.


NPMA approved proctors must hold a CPPM and are located through the US and overseas.


Other approved proctors (i.e. Human Resources, Training) are used in areas where NPMA Proctors are not available.

Details before applying:


  • Proctor applicants must be approved before they can serve.
  • Review the Proctor Manual and complete the Proctor Application.
  • This is a volunteer position and they cannot accept payment
  • Other approved Proctors (i.e. Human Resources, Training) will not be allowed to seek NPMA certification
  • Applicants will receive an email form NPMA Staff ( regarding the application status
  • Approved Proctors will receive instructions emails for proctoring any future online or written (booklet) exams
  • Approved permanent Proctors are required to review the Proctors' Mnaual and resubmit a signed Ethics Form annually
