NES 2021 Recap - Thank you from our National President

With nearly 370 members who attended NES both in person and virtually, NES 2021 was a success!! NMPA President, Bill Franklin, CPPM, has sent a special Thank You message.

“To all the members that attended NES in person and virtually. To all the presenters that presented in person and virtually. To our exhibitors who showed support for NPMA. To the Meeting Expectations team for planning and ensuring a great experience. To all that helped during our NPMA Give Back event that will provide 225 backpacks with school supplies for the Washoe County school District. To all of those that provided feedback, the positive and constructive. To all that supported the NPMA Foundation fundraising events, raising over $20,000. To the Executive Board for supporting the twist and turns for NES to happen this year. It took everyone to make NES successful and I truly believe we met and exceeded that goal. I give my most heartfelt thanks to all of you.”

		2021 Awards Spotlight - Property Person of the Year It is with great pleasure to recognize all of our award winners from last week’s NES in Reno, NV. Our first recognition goes to the 2021 Property Person of the Year, Ms. Wendy Latimer, CPPM, CF, from the NOVA Chapter. Wendy has been a member of NPMA since 2001 and is a Certified Professional Property Manager and Consulting Fellow as well as an IRCA QMS Certified Internal Auditor and Certified in Government Contracting. She manages personnel and over $1B of government, customer, and corporate property at numerous sites around the country using FAR procedures and applicable agency requirements. Wendy is also an active member in her chapter and has served in several leadership roles as well as presented numerous times. Congratulations Wendy!
