	We Want to Hear from You: The 2020 Member Survey Ends February 29th The time has come for our next NPMA Member Survey. This survey is a great opportunity for the association to gather information about the membership and allows YOU, as a member, to provide your feedback! The email with the survey was sent out February 6th. The survey will run the whole month of February.
	Attention Speakers: A Few Spots Remain to Speak at NES 2020 Take advantage of these open spots and submit your presentation by February 28, 2020. View full presentation information and requirements here and submit your session proposal here to participate as a presenter at the 2020 NES. If you would like to submit multiple proposals, an individual submission is required for each.
	Calling All Authors! The NPMA is looking to publish a volume of the Journal of Property and Asset Management (JPAM) concurrent with the 50th Anniversary of the NPMA. We are looking for potential authors to contribute. If you are an aspiring author, or have even contributed previously, or if you are a working professional in Property and Asset Management we ask for your literary contributions. These should be more expansive works, potentially research based that would expand the body of knowledge regarding Property and Asset management. If you require further information or suggested topics, please feel free to contact Dr. Douglas Goetz at DGOETZ@att.net or via phone at 937-306-8374.
	Now Accepting Submissions for 2020 Awards Submit your nominations at npma.org/awardsprogram by May 1, 2020 for the following: Jack E. Griffiths Property Person of the Year * Andy C. Anderson Lifetime Achievement Award * Carl Iannacone Tribute Award * Rookie of the Year * Chapter of the Year * Outstanding Members Federal Property Person of the Year Fleet Management Award * Winners' Chapters earn cash awards! Note: Individual award submissions can be entered by any member or a Chapter. Nominees from prior years that did not win are welcome to be resubmitted with updated information.
	A Refresher on Eligibility Requirements for a Foundation Grant A message from Patricia E. Jacklets, CPPM, CF - NPMA Foundation Administrator. As we approach Asset Management Awareness Month, I thought it was appropriate to do a little refresher on the eligibility requirements for receiving a Foundation Grant. Last November, the Executive Board voted to continue to fund the “unrestricted” SES/FES grants in addition to changing the time frames for applying for grants. The following is provided to assist you in planning if you are applying for a grant.
