The NPMA, in partnership with Mercury Associates, is proud to offer the first Certification for the Federal Fleet Manager. 


The Certified Federal Fleet Administrator (CFFA) level training is designed for persons who have successfully completed the Certified Fleet Specialist training.

Fleet Management responsibilities or dual roles such as the vehicle control officer. Course subjects include:

  • Fuel Management
  • Leased Fleet Management
  • Asset Management
  • Disposal Management

Certification testing will be performed during the 3-day course.


This cost includes the exam and application fee.


1).Have an active CFFS

2) Have an approved Work Experience Summary

            * Complete your Work Experience Summary here

3) Have worked in the area of fleet management for at least one year in the associated functional areas.

4) The CFFS, CFFA and CFFM expire five years from the date of issue.


Important Registration Information:

Please note: A minimum number of registrants is required to hold this course. NPMA will make the Go/No-Go decision at least 30-days out. If you are planning to attend, please make sure to register at least 30 days prior to the start of the course. In the event a course is cancelled, NPMA will not be liable for non-refundable travel, so please do not book before confirming with a NPMA staff member that the course will hold. Once the course is full to capacity, registration will close.


Waiting on approval for registration funding? To guarantee that you have a spot in the course, it is highly recommended you register for the course as soon as possible. Upon completing your registration, choose bill me. This will generate an invoice and hold your spot while you wait for required approval from your organization.
