Membership Information
NPMA membership includes professional growth and leadership opportunities on three levels:
- The Chapter level offers regular meetings that include educational programs. There are 54 chapters throughout the continental United States. Use the Chapter List by State to find a chapter in your area. Click on the Chapter name in bold fonts to visit their Web site or click on Officers to obtain contact information.
- The Regional level is based upon three geographic areas and offers such benefits as annual seminars. Click on the region to directly access their Web sites.
Central Region Eastern Region Western Region
- The National level coordinates a wide scope of volunteer leadership positions, as illustrated in the National Officers Directory, as well as a national seminar.
NPMA offers individual and group memberships.
Individual Membership Dues are $100 one full year. A special retiree rate of $20 annually is available. Please call the NPMA National Office at (727) 736-3788 to receive the retiree rate.
($72.50 designated for the National Level, $17.50 designated for Chapter Level and $10.00 designated for the Regional Level.)

NPMA Group Membership Program provides a simple, consistent means by which an organization can acquire a group of NPMA membership entitlements for its employees on an annual basis. The organization can purchase NPMA memberships and then reassign to other employees should its workforce change. This program also permits organizations to pre-purchase National Educational Seminar registration fees and Continuing Education Units at the time the group memberships are purchased.

- Ability to actively and visibly promote the professional development of property-related staff.

- Discounts apply to membership dues only.
- Agreement is effective for a twelve (12) month period beginning with the execution of the Group Membership Agreement.
- Group Programs can be renewed annually at the prevailing group membership rate for your level of membership.
- Groups must maintain at least five members to be eligible for renewal of this program.
- Individual members within your group may be assigned to different NPMA Chapters. Chapter affiliation preference should be included in initial membership agreement. If not designated, the individual will be assigned to the nearest geographical Chapter based on their home mailing address.
- Substitutions of individual members under your group plan will be accepted through the 9th month of the agreement. Substitutions are accomplished by submitting a completed Group Member Change Notice Form to the NPMA National Office.
- Organizations may choose to prepay registration fees to National Educational Seminars and designate at the time of the seminars which employees will utilize the prepaid registrations. Individual registration fees will be at the prevailing discounted rate for NPMA members. No limit will be set on the number of registrations thay may be prepaid by the organization.
- Organizations may choose to prepay continuing education credits for NPMA sponsored training courses at the prevailing discounted rate for NPMA members.
- Payment may be submitted by single check (payable to NPMA), or credit card transaction, along with completed Group Membership Program Agreement and Individual NPMA Membership forms for each designated member in a group.
