Certification Policies

The handbook provides more detailed information concerning the following policies.

Appeals Process
To submit an appeal concerning the Certification Program, please submit a written request to certification within 30 days of the incident. The Certification Governing Board reviews appeals on a case-by-case basis. Adjustments may be made pending resolution of the investigation.
