  • Advanced Contract Property Management
    Dr. Goetz will offer a comprehensive intensive four and 1/2 day course covering the critical aspects of contract property management under the FAR     4.5 CEUs
  • Contracts for Property Managers
    Fundamental knowledge about contracts will allow the property management professionals to understand their role and will enable them to be more active in the contracting process.  Contracts for Property Managers will provide a basic understanding of the contracts field and how it relates to the property professional.     3.0 CEUs
  • Managing Subcontracts
    This class will provide attendees with an understanding of the contractor’s contractual requirements and responsibilities relating to subcontractor-held government-owned property. Class presentations and discussions will focus on the various processes that must be implemented by both the prime contractor and the subcontractor to ensure compliance to applicable contractual property control requirements.     3.5 CEUs

    A significant function of a property system is the process of acquisition, that is, the getting or gaining of items of property needed to meet business objectives. Because acquisition involves the expenditure of organization funds, it must be carried out with a great deal of discipline.     1.0 CEU

    In this module you will learn key Change Management Skills that you can adopt in your organization to deliver endless results.     1.0 CEUs
  • Contract Agreement and Department Closures for State & Local Governments and Colleges & Universities       State and local government entities, which include colleges and universities, must put policies and procedures in place that address the disposition of accountable property at the end of a program, to include the roles and responsibilities of all participants in the process. These policies and procedures must address the processes by which ownership and related use issues are resolved at the end of all programs within the state or local government’s jurisdiction.     1.0 CEU
  • Contract and Agreement Management
    Property managers are often called upon to administer that portion of a contract or agreement that governs accountable property. To be able to do that effectively, the property manager must understand the terms of the contract and the contract administration process.     1.0 CEU

    This class provides comprehensive coverage of the critical aspects for the administration of contracts and grants with government property.     1.0 CEU
  • Movement and Transfer Orders
    This course is for individuals responsible for property management in general, record keeping, writing policies and procedures, and organizations involved with compliance issues with local, state, and Federal regulations.     1.0 CEU


  • Best Practices in Managing Property Contracts
    This webinar session discusses the responsibilities of program managers, Contractor Officers Technical Representatives, and GFP custodians who contract with private sector companies for service.     0.5 CEU
  • Property in "FAR out" Places (it's not just Part 45)
    This session will examine FAR and DFARS requirements related to Government property as well as a variety of other regulations and DoD policies that impact or are related to Government "contract" property.  Where common knowledge leads one to FAR Part 45 and the Government Property Clauses in Part 52--there are NUMEROUS requirements STREWN throughout OTHER FAR and DFARS parts and clauses.     0.5 CEU
