On-Demand Courses

If travel to a class presents a problem, valuable training resources and opportunities are still available. NPMA offers Online Courses and recorded Webinar Presentations which can be viewed as long as there is an available computer with internet access.  NPMA offers several self-study courses that allow the participant the flexibility to study at their own pace, from anywhere, anytime.  Just click the link above to see the list of available courses.

NPMA offers an organization, be it company or NPMA Chapter, the ability to have any NPMA course taught at a local facility.  As long as there is a group of 10 or more students, NPMA will send an instructor and the course materials to your organization.  This will cut down on travel costs for the organization and still allow property professionals the opportunity to receive high quality training and education in the field of property management. The presentation may even be tailored for a particular company or organization.

Chapter Workshops

Many NPMA Chapters host local half-day, one day or two days workshops created by the Chapter members themselves.  These are generally designed to be targeted for nearby property professionals to attend with no, or very limited travel requirements

Financial Support

If lack of funding is a problem, the NPMA Foundation may be able to help.  The NPMA Foundation is able to provide assistance with tuition and travel expenses to qualified NPMA members.
