What Value is NPMA Membership to Contractor ORGANIZATIONS?
NPMA keeps its members on top of the latest updates to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR),
Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as well as other Federal Regulations. NPMA shares with its members regular updates on industry standards as a result of an established partnership with the ASTM International Committee E53 on Property Management Standards. Committee E53 is the official home for the development of management systems criteria, including performance standards, practices, metrics, and methods of effectiveness for the conduct of management and administration activities for durable and movable assets. Additionally, NPMA members are well informed of the development of the ISO 55000 asset management standard.
NPMA members include both government and contractor representatives and have access to numerous networking
opportunities. Through Chapter affiliation, members have the opportunity to meet with other asset management
professionals as often as monthly, in person and locally. Additional networking opportunities are available through
