NPMA FES – Acquisition of a B-36 Bomber

Join us at the FES in Tucson to hear James Stemm, Curator at the Pima Air & Space Museum, discuss the acquisition of a B-36 bomber, which still resides at the Museum in Tucson. Not only was it a huge effort to acquire this aircraft, but it then had to be transported to Tucson (in pieces) from Texas. Tracking and moving such a large asset through Texas and across New Mexico into Arizona was no small feat. Learn how this was accomplished and takeaways that apply to asset management!
