Tara Miller, CPPM, CF, PMP
Space Coast Chapter

Experience I would bring to this office if elected:
In my 20 years of NPMA membership, I have served in leadership positions with the NPMA at the Chapter and Regional levels. For the past four years, I served as the Eastern Region Vice President; prior to that, I served two terms as the Eastern Region Treasurer. Before that, I held several positions at the Chapter level to include Chapter Vice President as well as Chapter Program Chair. In addition, I also served as the ASTM E53 Secretary for two terms and am currently serving as the Secretary on the Certification Governing Board.

Mission and Goals for VP of Professional Development:
As the NPMA continues to grow and expand, it becomes more important to keep current in our Professional Development, ensuring a strong foundation is laid that will work to grow our members and is compliant with accreditation requirements. I plan to build on the strong foundation in place to ensure our members receive the best education they can to enhance their professional careers.

When I joined the NPMA 20 years ago, I went from having a job to having a career. I fully believe in the power of the NPMA and giving back to an organization that has helped me so much. I am looking forward to continuing to serve the NPMA President and Executive Board as well as the NPMA Association. My 20 years of being an active NPMA member and my many years of management experience will aide in this endeavor.
