NPMA has entered into an agreement with Stevens-Henager College and Independence University to offer several college level programs in Property Management. 

The "Associates in Business Management with an emphasis in Property Management" and the "Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Property Managment" are degree programs offered online and includes courses in property management, accounting, economics, math, business law, writing and computer literacy.  NPMA members also receive a 10% discount on tuition.
