A student member is an individual enrolled at a college or university as a full time undergraduate (12 credit hours or greater) or graduate student (9 credit hours or greater), and is not employed or working on a full-time basis in a property asset management position.

Group Membership Options -- Student
- Groups must have five (5) or more student members from the same institution and have a group sponsor/manager employed at the school. (The manager does not have to be an NPMA member.)
- Memberships are paid with personal funds by a group of individuals from the same institution.
- Payment is processed as a single invoice for the group.
- Memberships are owned by the individual students.
- Memberships are not transferable.
- Benefits must be used within the membership period.
- Membership Period -- annual
- A student group may elect to form an official NPMA Chapter in accordance with NPMA Bylaws. Student Chapters may be partnered with the nearest non-student NPMA chapter for assistance and mentorship.
