3.    Groups must maintain at least five members to be eligible for renewal of this program.

4.    Individual members within your group may be assigned to different NPMA Chapters.  Chapter affiliation preference should be included in initial membership agreement.  If not designated, the individual will be assigned to the nearest geographical Chapter based on their primary mailing address.

5.    Groups must have one designated group manager, and all group members must be employed or otherwise paid by the organization.

6.    Group managers are responsible for adding or renewing members online, and maintaining the roster of group members.

7.    Adding and deleting members to/from the group at times other than at renewal are restricted by the following conditions:

§      Group managers may add non-NPMA members to the group anytime, and will be invoiced at a pro-rated amount representing the partial membership spanning from the new member's join date to the group's annual renewal date.

§      Group managers may add an existing NPMA member to the group based on the individual’s renewal date:

§       if that member’s individual membership renewal date occurs after the group’s annual renewal date, the member can be added only at the time of the group’s annual renewal.  The group manager will be invoiced a pro-rated amount representing a discount for the months remaining from the member’s pre-paid individual membership.

§       if that member’s individual membership renewal date occurs prior to the group’s annual renewal date, the member can be added anytime prior to the individual membership renewal date.  The group manager will be invoiced a pro-rated amount representing the partial membership spanning from the date the member is added to the group’s annual renewal date.

§      NO refunds will be issued to existing NPMA members joining your group.

§       Outright substitutions of members in your group during the group’s 12-month period are not allowed; members who leave or are dropped from the group during the 12-month period continue NPMA membership as an individual member until the date coinciding with the renewal date of the group.

8.     Organizations may choose to prepay registration fees to National Educational Seminars and designate at the time of the seminars which employees will utilize the prepaid registrations. Individual registration fees will be at the prevailing discounted rate for NPMA members. No limit will be set on the number of registrations they may be prepaid by the organization.

9.     Organizations may choose to prepay continuing education credits for NPMA sponsored training courses at the prevailing discounted rate for NPMA members.
