Description:
  Cultivate a higher level and a practical understanding of regulations, liabilities, and your property control system.  This class is for the property professionals involved with the management of government property.  Sometimes government property regulations are confusing and complicated to understand.  This course goes through the FAR clauses at a higher level than the basic class, and is essential for property professionals who are seeking solutions by learning techniques within government contracting for the resolutions of every day problems.

Rosanne (Beth) Green, CPPM, CF
Beth’s work experience in property management covers more than 25 years. During her 33 year career with the Navy she worked as a Contracting Officer, Building Manager, Logistics and Supply Specialist, Fleet Manager, Disposal Specialist, Traffic Manager, Plant Clearance Officer and a Government Property Administrator.  Since she retired, she has worked as a consultant for DoD and NASA contractors providing her expertise in solving problems, developing internal audit programs, working with DCMA and DCAA auditors, training employees, writing procedures and working on contract proposal teams.  As an active NPMA member for more than 18 years, Beth has held several positions, including chapter president and national delegate.  She also has been a presenter at several National Educational Seminars.  In addition, Beth is an NPMA instructor for the certification review courses and has developed training courses.  Beth is a Certified Professional Property Manager and an NPMA Consulting Fellow.
