Description:

Asset management is a process, a sequential process of steps designed to produce expected outcomes. Each process produces data points that become metrics for evaluating
effectiveness of the process when measured against the outcome. Self-Assessment 101 is intended to help students recognize their processes and the data points that support internal business rules and ensures compliance to the requirements and government expectations
found within the process outcome of FAR 52-245-1. Far 52.245-1 requires a self-assessment program as well as disclosing the content of such a program to the property administrator. This class provides the foundation for developing such a plan based on unique
business rules and processes.
Topic Overview:
Fundamentals for developing an internal self-assessment program.
Core Benefits:
Upon completion of this course, students will:
Be able to analyze property management processes for potential areas that produce measurable self-assessment metrics.
Apply analysis techniques that reveal weaknesses and areas in need of improvement.
Use presented methods for evaluating methods and materials needed for improvement and/or correction.
